The National Centre for Circus Arts is recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer, a unique opportunity to work in one of the most stunning, vibrant and energetic training centres and the only Conservatoire school for Circus Arts in the UK.

The right candidate will support the CEO in the leadership, management and day to day operation of the National Centre for Circus Arts, deputising as required and making a significant contribution to strategic planning for the organisation with a strong focus on commercial and corporate activity.

As a member of the Senior Management Team you will work closely with other team members and the CEO, to deliver our ambitious strategic plans to fulfil our vision of Great Circus Everywhere. Our mission is to support circus as it matures to ensure it is recognized as a dynamic, relevant and important part of the arts and the cultural life of the UK.

Salary: £60,000
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Holiday Entitlement: 30 days holiday per annum, inclusive of eight Statutory Bank Holidays. Rising one day per annum for each year of service to a maximum of 35 days.

Interviews will be taking place in the week commencing 26 November 2018.
