BESTAgency is seeking Brand Ambassador Hostesses for our on-going program inside three high-end luxury lounges located at a casino on the Las Vegas strip.

The Brand Ambassador Hostess is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for lounge guests. The ideal candidate is experienced at providing exceptional service in a high-volume luxury lounge environment and is passionate about serving others. Candidates should have a mix of sales ability, positive upbeat attitude and image.

The program could run on any day of the week, with emphasis on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This is based on our clients needs.
Shifts are typically 6 hours and can run anytime between 10:00am and 2:30am.

RATE: $25/HR

WARDROBE: Black dress, black tights/stockings and shoes (must be stylish and provide own)

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Candidates should possess the following:

Have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with guests and visitors throughout the lounge
Consistently delivers exceptional service to guests while entertaining in a professional manner in accordance with brand expectations
Delivers an enthusiastic greeting and builds a relationship with all guests
Interacts and entertains guests in a cordial and gracious manner, thereby creating a memorable experience and building guest loyalty
Maintain a clean appearance
Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
Create and maintain a sense of urgency
Must have strong problem-solving skills
Work with little to no direction
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and client
Ability to multi-task
Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, management, guests, and client
Ability to maintain composure in a sometimes high stressed, fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for entire shift
Willing to work in a smoking environment
