Balletto di Siena is holding an audition to select dancers for the 2026/27 season, with contracts that could eventually start in June 2026. The audition is open to male and female dancers of EU nationality, aged 18 or older.

Where: Siena, Italy

When: Thursday, April 2nd, 2026

Deadline for applications: Monday, March 30th, 2026

The audition will take place on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Balletto di Siena, Piazza Maestri del Lavoro 31, Siena (Italy). In case of high attendance, candidates may be divided into groups for the first part of the audition. Registration begins at 9:00 AM.

Audition Program:
• Ballet class (pointe shoes required for
women)
• Repertoire variation (candidate’s choice, with music on CD or other audio support)
• Contemporary solo (if requested by the jury, with music on CD or other audio support)
• Choreographic workshop

Candidates may be asked to perform all or part of the program at the jury’s discretion. Results will be announced at the end of the audition.
