GENERAL JOB STATEMENT: The Associate Technical Director assists the Technical Director in implementing and supervising stage operations for all productions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Associate Technical Director assists the Technical Director in maintaining safety standards during stage operations and managing load-in, tech, and strike for all assigned shows. At times, they act as specialized crew personnel for all tech rehearsals and performances. Responsibilities also include maintaining all deck equipment as requested, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and performing any additional tasks as requested by the Director of Production or Technical Director.
