Summary

Working within the Production Department, the Artist Services Coordinator supports show Personnel needs for all productions, events, and other internal projects.

The primary role of the Artist Services Coordinator is facilitating housing, travel, and hospitality for all shows and events, support rehearsal room and tech operations, production documentation, and internal and external communication.

Requirements
Experience in hospitality or operational roles like Stage Management. Skills include timely project delivery, budgeting basics, professional discretion, multitasking, strong communication (English), attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Theater craft knowledge is helpful but optional. Flexible schedule, weekends, and evenings.
