We want to hear from performers with the following skills:
High level male/female Adagio act including some H2H material.
Male H2H dynamic duo act.
High level handstand act including 1 hand material.
Contortion Handstand with Aerial skills
General Conditions of Employment.
Performing as part of our Ensemble Company on board our newest ship MSC WORLD AMERICA.
Three exciting new and diverse productions shows, plus support for our cutting-edge illusion show.
Performances run in repertory, shows typically perform up to three times nightly (depending on the duration of the show) over six days.
In addition to the production shows all our artists perform additional performance duties. This includes a variety of activities including Meet & Greets, Speciality Spot Performances for VIPs, Street Theatre Pop-ups, and Party Activations.
Term of Contract
Training and Rehearsals at our Centre de Creation in France ( www.centredecreation.com ) commencing on 2nd December 2024 until 20th December 2024. There will then be a break.
Transfer to Shipyard in St Nazaire –
Technical and Dress Rehearsals commencing 11th February 2025
(Ship sails to Miami on 27th March 2025)
Performance Period commencing 7th April 2025
End of contract 18th October 2025
Requirements:
Medical and Document Requirements:
All Artists must meet specific safety, medical and vaccination requirements.
It is the responsibility of all crew members to ensure they have these documents to work on a cruise ship.
• A colour copy of passport
• Panama Seaman Book
• MSC Medical Form duly fulfilled (PEME)*
• Other vaccination (Yellow fever, etc.)
• Record of vaccination or proof of immunity (MMR, Chicken Pox)
. Record of 2 x Covid vaccinations
• Embarkation Guidelines Receipt_rev 49
• US Visa - C1D
• STCW95 Basic Safety Training Certificate
• Security Awareness Training
• Crowd and Crisis Certificate
. Language Capability: English at C1 Level.
