Ideal Candidates • Professional dancers or circus artists • Strong artistic background and stage discipline • Ability to work in a team-based production environment • High reliability and performance consistency throughout the season Dance rehearsals are conducted in a hybrid format. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork, collegiality, responsibility, discipline, and a clear focus on the delivery of high-quality stage performances. (EU dancers are auditioned exclusively for this project) Position Overview Performers will be part of a large entertainment department within the resort, participating in fully produced stage shows together with an international ensemble of performers. The position is not part of the general animation team; performers are engaged exclusively in professional stage productions and theatre performances. Job Description • Performing in an open-air theatre 6 days per week • Weekley program includes: o 4 full stage performances 3 evening shows for adults 1 family/children’s show o 2 evenings of short stage acts – ensamble rehearsals 1 Hour per day with choreographer – conducting dance technique training for children and choreographing a children’s dance production for the end-of-week presentation. 1Hour per Day/5 Days in Week. All performances demand a high level of performance competence, technical mastery and improvisational skills. All productions are original authored works by the Creative Director and Choreographer, Sellena Beram. Requirements: • High-level technical dance training • Strong stage presence and performance skills • Ability to learn choreography quickly • Confidence in solo improvisation • Advantage for performers with versatility across multiple dance styles. Production provides: • Net monthly salary • High-quality accommodation: o 4 stars apartment o Maximum 3 performers per apartment • 3 meals per day in an all-inclusive resort restaurant • One day off per week • Full employment contract with health insurance • Professional working conditions within an established resort entertainment system. – Dance rehearsals are conducted in a hybrid format: • Part of the rehearsal process takes place online • Part of the material is learned independently through provided video materials • Selected performers are required to attend in-person rehearsals in Zagreb for several days • Final rehearsals take place on-site at the theatre, a few days prior to the contract start date, together with the full ensemble.
