DESCRIPTION

The Production Stage Manager is a partner in building and keeping up the structures and procedures that power the artistic work at the heart of Florida Studio Theatre’s mission. They keep rehearsals and performances running smoothly, make sure that communication is quick and accurate, and keep everything working according to plan. The PSM will stage manage up to seven productions themselves while also helping to oversee, coordinate, and evaluate stage management operations. This includes providing mentorship for a cohort of stage management interns. This individual is a key staff member – a critical contributor to the FST community.
