As we continue to grow into our vision, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ad Sales Manager to join our team, help us meet our ad revenue targets, and expand our advertising partnerships by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands StageLync’s customer base.
StageLync is seeking an experienced Ad Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, familiarity with the entertainment industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized advertising solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective ad sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Identify, target, and secure new advertising clients within the live event and entertainment industry
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies
Present and sell advertising solutions that align with clients' marketing objectives
Create and execute outreach initiatives to industries, brands, festivals, educational facilities and communities associated with the entertainment industry
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals efficiently
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create attractive ad packages
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements:
Proven experience in ad sales or in a similar sales role, preferably within the live event or entertainment sector.
Understanding of digital and traditional advertising platforms
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proactive mindset with the ability to self manage time and workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity or openness to learn CRM software
