Description:
The La Gagne company was founded in 2020 in Montreuil, it produces and distributes shows whose
stories tend to enrich our imaginations with inclusive, respectful, dignified, demanding and generous models. The company also aims to transmit and exchange knowledge.
The structure has 2 shows on tour in its repertoire: La Fille (2020) and Toustes! (2024).
The new creation Milly et les clefs magiques is scheduled for 2026 and will take place in Ile-De-France, funding and residencies are currently being sought.
THE PROJECT:
One morning, on the way to school, Milly is the victim of extortion by a child taller than her. The world then loses all its bright colors, everything becomes dark for Milly. But thanks to her meeting with Chantou, the funny tree fairy, Milly sets out on a quest for the magic keys that will give her the power to defend herself. The magic keys make Milly stronger and her friends benefit too! Will they succeed in bringing back all the colors?
The show will be educational and interactive, full of forum theater. Milly and Chantou open the discussion with the children in the audience, they think collectively to find solutions to their problems. The whole thing will be punctuated by joyful songs allowing the children to learn self-defense techniques to not let themselves be pushed around.

As part of its new creation for young audiences: Milly et les clefs magiques, the La Gagne company is looking for a non-white actress, singer and musician, to play the role of Milly, a mischievous and lively little girl.
Milly et les clefs magiques is a musical show for young audiences (from 8 years old) written by Mélodie Le Bihan on the theme of children's rights, in particular to defend oneself in the event of an attack.
The requirements:
• Be a non-white actress, musician, singer;
• Feel concerned and comfortable with the theme;
• Seem young enough to play a little girl;
• Be comfortable with improvisation and with the proximity of the audience;
• Have an interest in the specificity of the game intended for young audiences;
• Love children;
• Know how to communicate easily and have a taste for collective work;
The little extras:
• Have some knowledge of clowning;
• Have already had experience of forum theater;
• Have the desire to lead artistic and cultural education workshops around the show;
• Have experience in street theater and/or acting in non-dedicated places;
• Have the desire to fully invest in the creation of the project.
