Description of the organism
The
Noces Group was founded by choreographer and director Florence Bernad. She created her first piece in 2001 and has since established herself as a leading figure in physical and theatrical dance, virtuosic and emotional, with a particular commitment to reaching all audiences. Her experience in moving from works for adults to pieces for children gives her a unique freedom of expression. Today, her creations blend acrobatics, dance, and text. Each season, she presents between 100 and 150 performances, including two or three shows from her repertoire. The company has been based at La Friche Mimi in Montpellier (34) for the past 15 years.

With OUR KISSES WILL BE DIPED IN FREEDOM, Florence Bernad aims to set in motion five women who have forged a path of fearlessness, freed from all questions of legitimacy, loyalty, and honesty, and who will fully embrace their place in the world.
Together, these acrobatic dancers, aged 20 to 60, will invent a new way of being in the world. Through her choreographic style, Florence Bernad will embody the joy of living freely, making each gesture a vibrant manifesto for an liberated existence. The choreographer wants to place at the heart of this creation women artists freed from their heritage, aware of the history of the 100,000 women burned at the stake during the Renaissance in Europe. She will highlight the ancestral fears that continue to shape women, training them in invisibility and discretion. The fear of being burned alive has left deep scars on entire generations. This period of history is not a mere detail. The organized hunts by men against women, often members of their own families, sowed terror and ingrained submission and renunciation in the female unconscious. Despite current feminist struggles, Florence Bernad still observes subtle constraints, ever-present in women's behavior. By examining this violent past, OUR KISSES WILL BE DRIED WITH FREEDOM will offer another rebirth, an intimate revolution, where acrobatic flight will shatter the old system to create a new one, magnified by the joy of acrobatic and dance-like movement. Metamorphosis cannot occur without an awareness of the past.

Acrobatics, Dance, and Acrodance:
Acrodance is now taught in several circus schools in France and elsewhere. Its definition is open and broad, and of course, many interpretations, styles, and movement techniques are possible. Florence Bernad's background is in contemporary dance and Contact Improvisation. Since 2015, her artistic development and gestural research have been enriched by acrobatics and aerial work. She is looking for acrobats passionate about ground acrobatic technique, but also with the curiosity and ability to integrate the movement qualities derived from her choreographic style. For this role, she is seeking to add to the quintet an experienced base who can also support a three-person column.
Description of the desired profile
The Noces Group is made up of 30 freelance artists, technicians, administrators, and a distribution manager. The team is close-knit, supportive, passionate, and humble. Florence is looking for serious, friendly, and independent individuals. Her work requires the
ability to work with high standards while maintaining a positive attitude, and experience in fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
