For her new show WEG ERMEE ('DITCH IT' in English), director Laura van Hal is looking for 4 hand to hand acrobats. Trios, duets and also individual bases and flyers can register for the audition.

Audition will take place on the 7th of March 2025, with a call-back on the 8th of March, 10:00- 18:00 o’clock in Den Bosch (NL).

The show WEG ERMEE will be created for theaters and will tour in both Dutch and Belgian theaters from January till May 2027. Right now we have around 65 shows in option, including 2 shows a day for schoolshows. This number will still change, as these are all still options. Tourlist will be final approximately September 2026.

WEG ERMEE is a circus theatre performance for children between the age of 5 and 12 years old and their families. The show will have an estimated duration of 55 minutes.

WEG ERMEE is a wordless circus theatre performance (language no problem) shows that addresses the theme of consumption and the throwaway society in a playful and physical way. By drawing a parallel with how we treat people who are likewise ‘discarded’ from our society, the performance connects environmental and human issues within a clear, visual micro-world in which four acrobats show that things can be done differently.

Laura is artistic leader and director of WIRWAR Producties, a Dutch-based company that creates contemporary circus theater for a young audience. You might have seen her previous work 'KLAS', 'HEBBES', 'HOKJE', 'BONJE', 'WIRWAR', 'VLIEG OP!' or 'LEF!'. She also directed 'LOOP' and 'NET' at TENT Circustheater Productions.

From 2025 till 2028 WIRWAR Productions receives four year funding again from Fonds Podiumkunsten (Dutch government funding)
