The Volunteer Coordinator determines and fills volunteer needs for the 2023 AYCOfest. The Volunteer Coordinator maintains the AYCO “work study culture” for volunteers, providing a positive volunteer experience for those who donate their time and energy. The Volunteer Coordinator works closely with the Festival Co-Directors.

The Volunteer Coordinator should be: welcoming and friendly, very organized and a great communicator. Prior management experience a plus.
