Join us on Thursday, May 3rd at 8.00pm for another Chinese Pole Workshop with the fantastic Edd Muir!

This workshop is for both beginners and intermediate students with focus on control and power taking students through the foundations of Chinese techniques and expanding on them at a level to suit each individual person.

This workshop's focus is on shoulder mounts and fish beats with the various ways of execution and the multitude of transitions that exist between them.
