The kiosk of a bustling city serves as the backdrop and meeting point for this extraordinary show. With joie de vivre, circus skills, and boundless energy, the 10 graduates of the State Acrobatics School Berlin offer a glimpse into the life of the legendary Gen Z.
Cirquiosk blends various styles of classical and contemporary circus, playing with the clichés of youth culture. Young artists on a journey of self-discovery—sometimes melancholic, sometimes humorous, sometimes lonely, but always united and fully committed.
Over the course of a year, director Rodrigue Funke (Wintergarten Varieté Berlin) worked with these talented individuals to create this performance.
The show ran from late June to late September 2025, captivating audiences with its energy, creativity, and the unique ensemble spirit of the young artists.
