My Aerial Home presents three days learning the essentials of aerial stunt work. From how to fly like a super hero to fight and flip like a baddie, all with the aid of counterweight wirework.
You will learn-
Ground basics- How to jump, land, roll, Ukemi/ Break Falls onto mats and floor safely
Striking- Basics- Uppercut, front/back kick, lead/ rear hook, roundhouse kicks
Aerial prep- Harnesses and how to wear them
Flying Techniques- lift offs from strikes and hits, explosions, superhero lets, leviation
Bungee Techniques- Launces over, onto and off objects, hovering
Using "Weapons"
