Trampoline Foundation Coaching Course - Performing Arts Events - StageLync
The Trampoline Foundations coaching course is an entry level course into learning how to teach trampoline skills to beginners of the sport.

The aim of this course is to get new coaches comfortable with teaching the foundations level trampoline skills and educating them on safety, group management, leading warm-ups and cool-downs, plus learning how to teach and supervise fundamental skills.

There are 8 outcomes that the Trampoline Coaches-In-Training will be focusing on:

1. Teaching safety rules and equipment safety
2. Warm up activities and games
3. Leading group stretches
4. Conditioning Exercises
5. Spotting
6. Floor drills for breaking down skills
7. Teaching fundamental skills
8. Creating and teaching a routine

Trampoline Foundation coaching course candidates will be working with a qualified coach for the duration of the training phase of this course. The goal is to gain confidence and experience teaching fundamental skills to a group, and to learn and implement safe, positive, inclusive and fun activities.
