This New Year’s Eve, we invite you to forget the outside world and let yourself be enthralled with magical entertainment, acrobatics and an array of musical extravaganza from our live five piece jazz band.

Let our Ring Master welcome you with champagne on arrival, and lead you through a five course meal and plenty of entertainment.

This will be a night to remember.

6.30pm
Be welcomed backstage with champagne and canapes on arrival and watch magician Kevin Quantum and world-class circus performers get ready for the Greatest Show

7:15pm
Prepare to be amazed with culinary delights throughout your 5 course dinner, seamlessly intertwined with awe-inspiring close-up magic and acrobatic performances throughout the evening

Midnight
Watching the fireworks from Festival Square, bring in 2019 with Champagne and all good intentions before heading back inside to dance the night away until 2am

Talisker Whisky and beetroot cured hake with smoked tomato petals, compressed apple and cucumber

Champagne and mint sorbet with black pepper and raspberry candy floss

Fillet of Scottish beef aged for 28 days with smoked Désirée potato, thyme and white onion tart, wild mushroom, bone marrow and Rioja red wine jus

DESSERT
Traditional Scottish cranachan
Freshly brewed tea and coffee and fine sweets
