This workshop is available to all levels including beginners (we recommend a minimum of 1 months experience).

Learn the ins + outs of how to move through a belay sequence.

Belay is a skill that is easily acheivable for beginners, and can increase in complexity to challenge students at an Intermediate and Advanced level.
