Sweets and Treats – the chemistry of circus and fairground foods - Performing Arts Events - StageLync
During four days in September 2018, Dr Joanna Buckley from the University of Sheffield alongside chemistry students Alex James, Alex Wolfe, Jenna Spencer-Briggs, Prea Singh, Sam Mcauley and Dr Dan Jenkinson interacted with about 1500 members of the public over 4 days at the Moor Market in Sheffield, demonstrating the chemistry behind candy floss and popcorn, with some yummy samples for the general public to taste!
