Super 650 Conditioning for Acrobats - Performing Arts Events - StageLync
Range of Motion, Mobility, Body Awareness, Strength and Flexibility, Injury Prevention, and Endurance is within reach!!

On-going online conditioning classes solo or in small groups (3 max) are designed with the needs of an acrobat in mind. Evidence-based techniques that address connective tissue and muscle rebalancing to enhance your performance.

I was introduced to Essentrics® as an 'older' performer while working on a show in Toronto. I had a career's worth of injuries, aches, pains, and imbalances. After doing these very brief (25 minutes) dynamic workouts every day for a week I came away with a whole different body!

Workouts are dynamic, gentle, slow, and work all 650 muscles in a single, short session.

Grab some friends and set up a class at your convenience!

Taught by former circus performer Anne Weshinskey:
ACSM--Certified Personal Trainer®
Certified FRC® Instructor
Certified Essentrics® Instructor
Date: Oct. 12, 2022
