Straps workshop with Stuart McKenzie ^expired Free

This workshop will focus on the fundamental techniques of Aerial Straps. Stuart will initiate the workshop with a thorough warm-up followed by core and shoulder stabilization exercises specific to strap vocabulary. The workshop will break down and correct techniques in order to safely progress students to more advanced skills. Whether you are looking for a fun way to try Aerial straps or you are an aspiring aerialist, this workshop will give you a strong foundation to build on for more advanced training and aerial straps vocabulary.

Different levels and times available:

2 sessions available for Beginner level:

Session 1 Saturday, March 3rd from 1 pm to 3 pm $160
Session 2 Sunday, March 4th from 1 pm to 3 pm $160

2 sessions available for Intermediate-Advanced level:

Session 1 Saturday, March 3rd from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm $175
Session 2 Sunday, March 4th from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm $175
