The course consists of five days of aerial tuition, mixed with a healthy balance of complementary classes to supplement your training. Add to that some industry experts in Injury Prevention and others in Act Creation, and we’ve got ourselves one helluva week.

There will be a range of aerial classes throughout the week. With the timetable carefully balanced to ensure no aerial fatigue.
After initial sessions in Silks, Hoop, Rope and Trapeze, you will be given the opportunity to specialise in one of the four disciplines.
Also, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at other disciplines such as Spanish Web, Harness, Acrobalance and Handstands.
