Participants will learn beginner aerial hoop positions and movements in this traditional circus art form, which will develop physical fitness, core strength and flexibility as well as pushing your creativity. The workshop will stretch out the entire body, is great for building confidence, as well as being fun and a very different challenge from your average workout or workshop!
