Physical Theatre Intensive ^expired Free

This 3 day, 21-hour intensive workshop for adults will explore performing by incorporating various physical theatre techniques. Each class will begin with physical warm-ups and interactive team-building games. Through corporeal mime exploration, movement, and improvisation exercises, you will explore the Masked Body as a performance tool, physical characterization using neutral masks, full, and half face character masks. You will develop physical character through movement including; slapstick, clown, and the darker side of clown - bouffon. This Intensive is taught by our Artistic Director Dean Bareham who has over thirty years of experience in physical theatre. Class sizes are limited to ensure personalized instruction.
