Description: Do you have minimal to moderate experience in hand to hand but want to improve technique and learn new skills? This workshop will focus on basic to intermediate elements of standing hand to hand with a focus on techniques, knowledge and tricks necessary to be successful in your practice. It will include a targeted warm-up and cool down for both flyers and bases. Come with an idea of what skills you would like to progress, or simply with an open mind ready to learn.

Prerequisites: Beginner flyers should feel comfortable in a 30 second handstand (spotted is ok), while intermediate flyers should be comfortable holding a 10 second hand to hand (l-based and standing) including a safe entrance and exit.

Beginner bases should have a movement practice that includes lifting and pushing moderate-heavy weights and/or their full bodyweight on their hands, intermediate bases should be comfortable basing a flyer in a 10 second hand to hand (l-based and standing) including a safe entrance and exit.
