One of the UK’s leading international cultural collaborators, SeaChange Arts, presents a stimulating programme of debate and discussion, exploring the role of outdoor arts in cultural democracy, during these tumultuous times. The conference will in part look at the history and potential of outdoor arts to contribute to the political process and give voice to marginalised, disenfranchised and community led initiatives.
