Open Level Acroyoga - Performing Arts Events - StageLync
This open level acroyoga course combines a number of disciplines ranging from gymnastics, acrobatics to yoga and relaxation techniques inspired by Thai massage.

One of the common things people tell me why they are afraid to try acroyoga is their lack of strength and flexibility.

I'd like to dispel this preconception. You gain strength and flexibility if you practice something with consistency. You don't just get strong and able to balance standing on your bigtoe on top of someone's head (by the way that's not something you would try in my classes ?)

By coming to an acroyoga class you will discover what your body is able to do, become more self-aware and understand how your muscles and bones can support much more when aligned and activated in the right way. This is what yoga teaches you. Acroyoga or partner yoga basically uses human props, if you like, for you to go deeper in poses.

Again, words are just words, they won't give you an experience. You have to feel that in your own body.

Curious??

Classes on Mondays are for all levels from the beginner to the more experienced. You'll have two teacher leading the class, catering for everyone's needs and giving individual attention.?

Elena Brossa and Zsófi Ruszkai are excited to share their love for this practice with you.❤️
