Are you ready for a career in circus?

NICA’s Audition Masterclasses offer a full day of skills and specialty workshops designed to help you prepare for NICA’s audition process. Led by our world-class trainers in NICA’s state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll refine your technique and gain valuable insights into the audition process.

Who is it for?
Prospective students aged 15+ with relevant prior training who are seeking additional guidance and support when preparing to audition for NICA.

How much does it cost?
Each workshop is $150 AUD (early-bird price $110 AUD until 31 March 2025)

When is it?
In 2025, NICA will host three Audition Masterclasses:

>> April 11: Get a head-start in your Audition preparation!
Workshops will focus on skills refinement and technique development in the five skill categories of the audition:
• Handstands
• Tumbling
• Strength
• Flexibility
• Coordination

>> June 27: Receive constructive feedback on your progress and areas to improve

>> June 28: Performance-focused workshops with guidance on act creation—includes two tickets to the third-year show
