FREE EVENT - ALL WELCOME!

Come and join Women's Circus and Circus Kathmandu as we celebrate the end of their residency in Melbourne with this special Learning the Ropes Community Day event!

Three artists from Nepal’s only contemporary circus, Circus Kathmandu, will be spending two weeks in May with Women’s Circus as part of our project Learning the Ropes, a partnership to develop skills in social circus delivery and creative development.

On 26 May, we invite Women’s Circus members, City of Maribrynong locals and Melbourne’s Nepalese Community to join us in West Footscray for a family-friendly afternoon of circus workshops, performances, food, crafts, celebration and fun!

Stay tuned! More information about the activities you can expect coming soon.

Some food and craft items for sale, cash only. Funds raised go to Circus Kathmandu and Women's Circus programs.
