MIXED AERIAL FOUNDATIONS (adult)
Wednesdays 7-8pm February 21, 28, March 6, 13, 20, 27. No experience necessary for this class! This aerial skills class is designed for new students to aerial training. We focus on safe foundations and progressions in trapeze, hoop, and silks. We believe that setting strong foundations when students begin their aerial journey sets them up for success in this class and any other aerial training they pursue in the future. Fee: $180 +GST Coach = Holly
