MIXED AERIAL CONTINUED TECHNIQUE (adult)

Pre-Requisite = this class is by invitation as there are technical requirements that must be met.

With the skills learned in our Mixed Aerial Foundations in hand, this class gives our students the opportunity to grow their skills in trapeze, hoop, and silks. This more advanced class begins to introduces students to the required strength and conditioning required to safely achieve and execute more advanced elements.

Details:
This 60 minute class runs in 6 week sessions.

Wednesdays 8-9pm

January 10, 17, 24, 31, February 7, 14.
