Level: Beginner (No experience required)
Description: In this 6-week adult aerial class you’ll get a complete workout. You will work on Hoop, Silks, and Trapeze. Safety is at the core of the class, so you can learn to be at ease in the air and start choreography work. You’ll learn new skills and make new connections. Join us to foster strength, flexibility and a solid movement foundation in a fun environment.
