Description: In this 6-week adult aerial class you’ll get a complete workout. You will work on Hoop, Silks and Trapeze. Safety is at the core of the class, so you can learn to be at ease in the air and start choreographic work. You’ll learn new skills and make new connections. Join us to foster strength, flexibility and a solid movement foundation in a fun environment.
