Sawdust and Sequins: The Art of the Circus features a myriad of artworks depicting circus life throughout history, from behind the scenes images to dramatic depictions of events in the big top. In this workshop you will learn how to draw a range of animals, including dogs and horses, taking inspiration from artworks in the exhibition.
Drawing animals can be notoriously tricky – but don’t worry, you are in excellent hands - Abigail Reed specialises in drawing birds and beasts and her own work portrays many different creatures, from swans to bears!
