During the heart of the MONTRÉAL COMPLÈTEMENT CiRQUE Festival and in collaboration with Concordia University, En Piste is thrilled to offer a workshop with contemporary juggling pioneer Sean Gandini, held just after a discussion on his approach and a lunch on site. Join us for one, two, or all three activities:

11am-12pm: Talk
A discussion with Sean Gandini on his work, his company, and his approach, hosted by Concordia’s contemporary circus-themed International Graduate Summer School, led by Dr. Louis Patrick Leroux.
Location: 4th Space at Concordia (rez-de-chaussée, Library Building)
Language: English
Price: Free of charge. Reservation required.

12pm-1pm: Lunch
Boxed lunch available for order at the cost of $16.

1pm-3pm: Workshop
In this workshop for professionals, Sean Gandini will introduce juggling structures set to music and will lead juggling exercises based on his boundary-pushing approach.
Level: Proficient jugglers who are able to experiment with the form.
Materials: Participants are asked to bring their own juggling balls.
Location: Hexagram/Milieux Black Box at Concordia (EV building)
Language: English. A translator who speaks French will be present.
