It's Not Me, It's You: A Paradise Lost Reimagining - Performing Arts Events - StageLync

Yes Ma'am Circus was created in January 2018 by Maggie, Amancay, Athena, and Myriam (and our main helper, Matthew). We focus on making original, story-based circus shows. Our current project, It's Not Me, It's You: A Paradise Lost Reimagining, is set to debut on May 12th & 13th at Aloft Circus Arts in Chicago.

The show will feature aerial hoop and sling, Spanish web, object manipulation, tumbling, and partner acrobatics. Inspired by Milton's story of the war in Heaven, our show uses a variety of circus disciplines to explore themes of friendship, loyalty, and betrayal.
