Following ISACS Network annual Share - Open Circus Forum, the second edition of the Irish Youth Circus Focus, will be hosted by Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle Network in association with Galway Community Circus, National Circus Festival of Ireland and the Arts Council Ireland from 12:15 - 2 pm at Kerry County Museum.
