Intro to Cyr Wheel – w/Rae
Sunday, May 21, 4:00 – 5:30pm or 5:45 – 7:15pm
$45

This 1.5 hour workshop is for beginners and those still learning the basic waltz, though more experienced wheelers are welcome. We will focus on basic manipulations, getting comfortable with the wheel, and the beginnings of waltzing.

If you ever wanted to try cyr wheel or had any interest, this is the workshop for you. Everyone is welcome to try. Please wear thin soled shoes or tennis shoes and clothes that you can move in.

Rae has been doing circus since 2016 and started cyr wheel in 2018. The apparatus is the perfect mix of dance, athleticism, and circus. Rae loves the feeling of spinning and feeling the floor through the wheel. Rae’s focus is on having fun, exploring pathways with the apparatus, and sharing cyr wheel with anyone who is curious.
