Foundations to Module 3.

Each Module contains new skills, techniques and conditioning for you to implement in your day to day training and upon your students.

Modules are taught over an 8-hour day ranging from $250 CAD - $350 CAD per module. You must have prior module prior to sitting the next.

Each participant will receive a full color manual with pictures of skills and descriptions. Hands-on participation and spotting is included in these modules with demonstrators. Upon completion of a written test at the end of the course coaches will receive their TADA Certification.
