Description: Are you looking to kickstart or advance your hand balancing practice? This workshop-style class is designed to help you safely enter and exit as well as balance your handstand on or off the wall! Advanced handbalancers will be given progressive drills to improve and refine their practice. This workshop will include both a handstand-focused warmup and cool down including drills for mobility and injury prevention. Turn that frown upside-down and come handstand with us!
