Here we will work our flexibility building up the necessary strength and mindset to support the growth of your range of movement and understanding the technique for standard shapes such as splits & bridges. My approach is based on contortion and dance, not yoga, which means we would be pushing limits working hard. All thursdays 10.30-12 & 19.30-21 UK time
