AERIAL ROPE w/ Rachel Rees
We are covering two main areas—Dynamics and C Shaping. Learn new beat pathways or strengthen your basics as we work towards semi and full release moves. Prepare to defy gravity and learn tools to roll up and down the rope with as many C shaping drills as we can fit into your brain, and to round it all off, We’ll also help you build strength and a more nuanced understanding of your body in the air as we condition for rope-specific strength. With 40 foot ceilings and a foam pit, what better way to add to your rope journey!?
