Learn how to properly execute and land kips. Explore pole to floor dynamic movements in this 90 minute workshop with Cassie Fiorini.

Heels and knee pads required!

Cassie Fiorini has been training and competing in the pole fitness world for 9 years. Cassie’s unique style is a mix of gymnastics, adherence to pole techniques, and dance. She has earned medals for her performances, mostly in doubles with her sister at PSO. She loves challenging her body, pushing her limits, and exploring her imagination through dance and training. Her passion has deepened into sharing this sport with others.
