Duo Straps

Sunday, December 17 @ 3:30 – 4:30pm

Join instructor, Maria Artim-Noorigian, for a duo straps workshop where you will team up with a partner to learn duo based tricks and skills. We will work on strength, technique, & flexibility as well as a focus on synchronized timing with your partner to create beautiful symmetry through counter balance. Our end product and goal is to piece together a choreographed duet with smooth controlled transitions in and out of dynamic tricks.

Please keep in mind you must be willing to work as a duo, so share the idea with your friends and encourage them to come and explore flying together!

Must have intermediate level straps experience. Hope you will join in for this exciting workshop!
