We all recognize the need to warm-up before training.
In this workshop you will learn the nuances and details of how to create effective and efficient warm-ups that best prepare one for type of training that will follow.

Presented will be the essential goals of an effective warm-up, the science behind what makes them essential and approaches as to how to best meet these goals. We will also look at common warm-up misunderstandings and mistakes that may even hinder the effectiveness of a warm-up.
