CLASES DE PREPARACIÓN FÍSICA-DESAFÍOS SEMANALES - Performing Arts Events - StageLync
Las clases tienen su pilar en 4 desafíos semanales:

1° semana:
Piernas de acero
2° semana:
Núcleo fuerte (CORE)
3° semana:
Hombros de fuego
4° semana:
Extensión de columna (volveremos con inversión adelante y atrás )

No sólo es preparación física, cada día tiene componentes técnicos importantes para que nuestro cuerpo pueda ir cada vez más lejos.
En cada sesión trabajamos fuerza, estabilidad, resistencia, coordinación y flexibilidad en relación a esas temáticas.
El objetivo es lograr adaptaciones biológicas para obtener cuerpos óptimos para la práctica artística.
