Carnival of the Animals ^expired Free

The Corn Exchange Newbury and its 101 Outdoor Arts Creation Space will collaborate with CompagnieCaramantran to present Carnival of Animals, a FREE family event as part of Circus250 – a national celebration of 250 years of British circus.

Inspired by Victorian circus impresario Lord George Sanger, who originally came from Newbury, and his magnificent circus parades, spectacular animal puppets will parade through the town, led by a larger than life Sanger. Expect live music, aerial performance and an exuberant atmosphere.
