Brighten Up Your Dark Days: A Book Club & Group Coaching Experience Designed for the Performing Arts Community - Performing Arts Events - StageLync
In the world of theater, Mondays are known as "dark days"—the days when the stage lights dim and performances take a pause. But this November, let’s turn those dark days into opportunities for reflection, growth, and creativity. Join me for a special 4-week book club and group coaching experience designed just for our performing arts community, based on my book:

“The Places Where There Are Spaces: Cultivating a Life of Creative Possibilities”

Together, we’ll use these traditionally "dark" days to shine light on our personal and creative potential. Each session will give you the space to pause, reflect, and rejuvenate as you navigate the demands of your artistic life.

Dive into the themes of mindfulness, creativity, and finding beauty in life’s unplanned moments. We’ll explore how the lessons from *The Places Where There Are Spaces* can help you as a performer, director, or creative in the fast-paced, high-pressure world of the performing arts.

Tailored Group Coaching
Each session will include group coaching specifically designed for performing artists, focusing on overcoming creative blocks, managing the uncertainty of the industry, and cultivating resilience. Whether you’re on stage, behind the scenes, or in between gigs, this coaching will provide you with actionable tools to support your personal and professional growth.

A Supportive Community of Artists
Connect with fellow creatives who understand the highs and lows of the industry. Share experiences, support one another, and spark new ideas as you work through the book and exercises together.

What You’ll Need
🟣A copy of the book “The Places Where There Are Spaces”
🟣A Journal for reflective exercises and journaling prompts
🟣An Open Mind. Be ready to embrace new possibilities!
