Level: Beginner (No experience required)

Description: In this 9-week Aerial class, safety and fun are part of the class core. We build strength, flexibility, and a solid movement foundation to be able to safely play and explore in the air. The program is based on a balance of technique learning and creativity games. Participants will work on trapeze, silks and aerial hoop through the semester.

For participants under 12 years old: For each class, we will be doing symptom screening and taking temperatures. We are also requiring masks to be worn during class and we will be implementing social distancing during activities. Please do not send your child to class if they are experiencing any symptoms.

For participants ages 12 and up: For each class, we will be doing symptom screening and taking temperatures. We will also be requiring one of the following:
-proof of vaccination (double dose)
-documentation of a medical exemption
-proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed)
